On 16th November, Giancarlo Caldesi and his food writer wife Katie return for the second time to Wasing Park to host this exclusive Italian pop-up restaurant. Sharing recipes from their new cookery book ‘Sicily’ recently launched in October, accompanied by wines carefully selected and paired by Berry Bros to compliment the menu, it will be an evening of culinary delights not to be missed.
The Caledsis have now written 10 cookery books relating to their love of Italy. They own and run two restaurants in Bray and Marylebone. They also run their hugely popular cookery schools, at the restaurant in Bray, from their kitchen in Buckinghamshire and the original Italian cookery school, La Cucina Caldesi in Marylebone. They feature regularly on Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch and the BBC created the series Return To Tuscany about them. The menu for the evening includes:
